Tri-State Home Services is owned by Steven Norwood and Michael Norwood formerly of Wachter & Norwood, Inc. as
well as Bert Miskell formerly of American Residential Services. The management team provides over 65 years of combined
experience in the HVAC industry.
The company operates primarily in in Central Maryland, Northern Virginia, Southern Pennsylvania, and the Panhandle of West Virginia.

leading Heating & Air Conditioning contractors. Since 2003 we have acquired some of the most prominent
