Our experienced Technicians will arrive at your Home or Business on the day we promise.
Prior to beginning any work, they will install floor coverings to protect your property.
They will then remove and dispose of your exising equipment in a environmentally responsible manner.
We remove all of the Refrigerant (Freon) in accordance with EPA Regulations and return
it to be recycled. The remaning Heating & Cooling System components are disassembled and
delivered to a Recycling Center.

After completing the evaluation, we will then provide a written proposal taking into
account your lifestyle, budget, and other preferences. Our proposal will outline
the work we propose to provide, the components that will go into your new system,
and all of the costs involved in completing the installation.
We offer several Financing Plans, as well as, other payment options. We accept most
Credit Cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and The Discover Card.
You can also, of course, pay with a personal or business check.
While most Contractors just offer a 1-Year Labor Warranty, we go way beyond that. Our enhanced
warranty provides you with additional protection for 5 Full Years.
When you consider that the standard Manufacturer's warranty does not cover anything beyond providing
a replacement part, you can still be left with significant uncovered expenses. Things like Diagnostic
Charges, Labor Charges, Freight Charges, Refrigerant (Freon), Refrigerant Filter Driers, Refrigerant
Recovery Fees, as well as other miscellaneous materials, can cost hundreds of dollars for each "In-Warranty"
repair.
After your installation is complete, you will receive a survey from an Independant Quality Assurance
Company. This survey give you a chance to rate our performance, and provide feedback on areas that
may need improvement. This feedback is important to us because, as a Dave Lennox Premier Dealer we
are required to maintain our high customer satisfaction ratings in order to remain in the program.
In addition, after your installation is complete, if you have any questions or concerns about your
