Our normal packages include installation of your new Furnace or Fan Coil in your Basement or Mechanical Room, with the Outdoor Unit (Compressor) located outside at ground level.

The most common additional costs are for installations that require additional labor and materials, such as Attics or Crawl Spaces.

You may also want to consider replacing your refrigerant tube kit if you have experienced leaks, in some cases replacement may be required if the new system requires larger piping.

Other costs may include upgrades to the equipment electrical supply, if wiring, circuit breakers or fuses are not the proper size, or you have Aluminum Wiring.
