A Service Experience You Can Count On
When you call for Service, our Customer Service Representative will work with you to schedule and available appointment time so
you can choose the most convenient for your schedule. If you want to meet us, we can even call you 30 minutes to an hour ahead
of our arrival time to allow you time to get home.
With a 50 year family history, we are as loyal to our customers as they are to us, in fact, some of them have been calling our
companies for service for over 30 years.
After your Technician arrives, they will confirm once more the problem you are experiencing. Then, they will diagnose the system's problem.
You pay only the basic Diagnostic Fee, no matter how long it takes.
After your Technician diagnosis the problem, it will be explained to you clearly. First the Technician will explain to you what the problem
is, then provide you with a list of the repairs that must be done to fix it, or complete the diagnosis. We will also explain any options
you might have in which repairs are required to get your system back-up and running again.
Almost all of the pricing for repairs are listed in our price book, and are all inclusive. Besides any applicable sales taxes, there are no
additional surprise costs, even if the repair takes longer than we estimated.
